Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be cancelled after payment settled within 4 hours before delivering.
Any order can be returned or exchanged within 7 days and in these terms only:
1- the items in the original sealing and packing condition never opened.
2- refunds of the payment will be only when we make sure of the previous point.
3- the return & refund options are only for the ones in Kuwait - No returns or exchange for worldwide orders.
Shipping Policy

Delivery will be within 24-48 hours.
Shipping worldwide is for 20 KWD minimum.
Shipping coast and delivery time for worldwide orders will be calculated by the shipping company and depends on the chosen items.
